We want it to be easy for you to book your stay at Lagunen. That is why we strive to make the process as fast and easy as possible, so you quickly can find a pitch suitable for you. When checking in later than 18.00 you need to notify the reception before 13.00.

Our maximum length for campervans and caravans are the recommended length for campervans and caravans.

Rules and regulations

1. Smoking is forbidden in our cottages and common buildings.
2. Pets are allowed in some of our cottages, contact the reception for more information.
3. Lagunen cannot guarantee that cottages and rooms are allergy free.
4. Linen, towel and cleaning is not included in the price if nothing else is agreed.
5. The level crossing gate is closed between 23.00-07.00.
6. After 23.00 it shall be calm and quite at the campsite.
7. At destruction or any damage inform please contact the reception immediately. We charge damage according to a price list.
8. When breaking the rules and regulations the guest will be responsible for any cost it might cause Lagunen. Lagunen reserves the right to dismiss the guest immediately.

When does does the booking terms and conditions apply?

The booking terms and conditions apply for all kinds of bookings, both cottages/rooms and camping pitches at Lagunen.  The terms and conditions apply no matter how you you did your booking, directly in the reception, on the phone or online.

Always control your booking confirmation. Any changes must be done immediately. The booking terms and conditions apply from the moment the booking is confirmed.

When must the booking be paid?

All of the booked nights must be fully paid before the guest get access to the cottage/room or camping pitch. In case of no-show Lagunen has the right to demand the full payment for your booking. Lagunen reserves the right to change camping pitch or cottage when needed.

Booking fee

1. The booking fee must always be paid at the first payment and is not refundable.
2. The cost of the cancellation cover must be paid at the first payment and is not refundable. The cancellation cover can not be added after the first payment is done.

Partial payment

3. Partial payment is only offered when booking in the reception or on the phone more than 60 days before arrival and on orders over 500 SEK. The first partial payment covers at least 20 % of the total amount + booking fee and the cost of the cancellation cover. Respite for payment is 10 days. The second partial payment must be done at least 40 days before arrival.
4. The respite for payment when booking with arrival less than 60 days ahead is 10 days on the total amount.
5. Online bookings are payed directly when booking. When booking online there is no booking fee.

Default of payment

6. At default of payment Lagunen reserves the right to cancel the order from the due date of payment according to the invoice and may rent the cottage/room or camping pitch to someone else.

7. The reception does not accept cash and only accepts debit cards.

Cancellation without cancellation cover

The booking can only be cancelled up to 40 days before arrival. Lagunen will refund 100 % of the booking cost, besides the booking fee.

Cancellation with cancellation cover

If you cancel your booking 40-10 days before arrival the whole payment besides the booking fee and the cost for the cancellation cover will be refunded.

Cancellation insurance applies according to the following:

a) Death, decease or accident affect you, your family or fellow-traveler
b) Call-up to military or civil defense
c) If a serious event occurs which entails that it is unreasonable to demand that you should stand by your booking, for example a fire or a flood in your residence.

You must be able to prove your impediment with for example a certificate from a doctor, authority or insurance company.

What happens if I want to shorten my visit?

Have you started your visit and for some reason are forced to shorten it, there are no refunds. If you need to shorten your visit, Lagunen has the right to rent out the cottage/camping pitch to a new guest from the date you cancel your stay.

Complaints

Should be lodged as soon as possible. Errors that occur should be notified immediately so that Lagunen has the chance to correct them.
