Booking Terms & Conditions
It is easy to book a pitch at Lagunen
We want booking a pitch at Lagunen to be an enjoyable experience. This is why we try to make the process as simple as possible, so that you quickly can find a pitch that suits you and your situation. To make sure the booking experience is easy and fun, we have set out all applicable rules in our Booking Terms & Conditions. Still have questions after reading the Terms & Conditions?

Checking in and out
Check-in, cottages & Glamping 3:00pm – 10:45pm
Check-in, campground 1:00pm – 10:45pm
Reception must be notified no later than 1:00pm if you are planning to check in after 6:00pm.
Check-out, cottages 11:00am
Check-out, Glamping 11:00 am
Check-out, campground 12:00 noon
The max length for caravans/motorhomes on the camping pitches is the recommended lengths for a caravan/motorhome, including tow bar.
Code of conduct
1. Smoking is forbidden in all our cottages and all common areas.
2. Pets are welcome in some of our cottages, please contact our reception for more information.
3. Lagunen cannot guarantee that cottages/rooms are allergen-free.
4. Bedlinen, towel and end-of-stay cleaning are not included in the price, unless otherwise agreed.
5. The entrance barrier is closed between 11pm and 7am.
6. After 11pm, the campsite should be peaceful and quiet.
7. Please report breakages and damage to reception immediately. Any damage is charged according to a price list.
8. Any guest breaking the rules will be responsible for payment of any fees charged to Lagunen. Lagunen reserves the right to ask the guest to leave with immediate effect.
The Booking Terms & Conditions apply to all types of bookings, both cottages/rooms and pitches at Lagunen’s campground. The rules apply irrespective of how the booking was made, in person at reception, on the phone, or online.
Always check your booking confirmation carefully. Any errors or changes must be processed immediately. The booking terms and conditions apply from the time of confirmation.
All overnight stays must be fully paid before arrival for the guest to be given access to their area/cottage or room. In case of non-arrival, Lagunen reserves the right to request that your booking is paid in full. Lagunen also reserves the right to swap/change the campground pitch or cottage as needed.
Booking fee
1. The booking fee is payable as part of the initial payment, and is not refundable.
2. Any cancellation insurance must be paid as part of the initial instalment and is not refundable. Cancellation insurance cannot be added once the initial payment has been made.
Part-payments
3. Part-payment is available for bookings made MORE than 60 days before arrival, and with a total cost exceeding 500 SEK. The first instalment is 20% of the total price + the booking fee and any cancellation insurance. This payment is due within 10 days. The remainder must be paid no later than 40 days before arrival.
4. Bookings made less than 40 days before the arrival date must be paid in full within 10 days of being confirmed.
5. Payment instructions for online bookings will be provided upon booking.
Non-payment
6. Non-payments are treated as cancellations.

Cancellation without insurance:
Your booking may be cancelled upon 40 days before arrival. We will then pay back 100% of the accommodation , except the booking fee and a cancellation cost of SEK 500. Cancellation later than 40days before arrival is not refunded.
Rescheduling without cancellation protection
Free rescheduling is possible up to 40 days before the arrival date. After this period, no changes to the booking dates can be made.
Cancellation with insurance:
Free cancellation up to the day of arrival at 10.00. We will refund your entire accommodation except for the cost of the Cancellation insurance and booking fee. Cancellation insurance costs 10% of the booking value, but minimum SEK 500 and maximum SEK 5,000. This can only be purchased at the time of booking.
Rescheduling with cancellation protection
Free rescheduling is offered up to 40 days before the arrival date. If rescheduling occurs later then 40 days before arrival, the existing cancellation protection becomes void. The booking price will only be adjusted if the new date is more expensive. A new cancellation protection can be added at an additional cost.
If your stay has commenced and you for some reason need to leave early, no part of your payment will be refunded. Lagunen is entitled to re-rent your pitch/cottage to another guest.
Must be submitted as soon as possible. Any problems that arise must be reported immediately to give us the opportunity to resolve them.
