Accommodation

Yes, the campsite at Lagunen is open every day, all year round. Lagunen Kök & Bar is open on weekends from Easter until October. Café Magasinet is open in the summer month.

You can choose your exact pitch, cottage, or glamping tent for an additional fee.

If you have booked one of the cottages in Bergsbyn, quilts and pillows will be provided. Bedlinen and towels can be hired from our reception if you prefer. All our cottages have fully equipped kitchens to make self-catering easy.

Your pet is very welcome at Lagunen.
If you’re staying in one of our Bergsbyn Standard cottages (1–10), you’re more than welcome to bring your four-legged friend along. The other cottage we keep to our allergic guests.

Booking, cancellation and check-in

If booking online, you pay direct using a debit or credit card. This also means that no booking fee is taken out. If you prefer to book by phone or email, we send an invoice to your email address. Depending on how long before arrival you book, you can either choose to pay the entire cost of the booking immediately, or pay in two instalments. You can also pay once you arrive on site, at Lagunen’s reception, if you book only a short time before your visit. Please contact our reception to arrange this. Please note that Lagunen does not accept cash.

The reception at Lagunen does not accept cash. This means that you can only pay by card. The easiest way to pay during your stay is our prepaid cards and armbands, which you load with money and can use everyone at Lagunen. The shop, Lagunen Kök & Bar and Café Magasinet accept cash payments (in SEK and NOK).

You can cancel your stay until 40 days before arrival. If you have added cancellation insurance to your booking, you can cancel until 10 days before arrival. No refund will be offered if you become unwell closer to your stay or have to leave early due to illness. More information is available in our Booking Terms & Conditions.

If you have booked a motorhome, caravan or tent pitch, you are welcome to check in between 1:00pm and 10:45pm. If you have booked a room, cottage or glamping unit, check-in is between 3:00pm and 10:45pm. You are required to notify our reception no later than 4:00pm if you are planning to check in after 6:00pm.

Please check in at our reception when you arrive at Lagunen. When the reception is closed, you can use the self check-in machine. Read more about how this works here.

Yes, you can check in online. On the day of your arrival, you will receive an email and SMS with instructions for check-in. Once completed, you’ll get a code to access the gate.

Please note: after you’ve found your spot, remember to stop by the reception to collect your key cards.
