09.00 – 10.00 Tabata on the beach
10.00 – 16.00 Boat tour “Kosterhavet among rocks and islands”
16.30 – 22.30 Shrimp Trawling in the Koster Sea (Week 27–31)

Tuesday

10.00 – 12.00 Try paddleboarding (weeks 27-32)
10.00 – 11.00 Fish crabs from the pier

Wednesday

09.00 – 10.00 Tabata on the beach
10.00 – 16.00 Boat tour “Kosterhavet among rocks and islands”
20.00 – 22.00 Live music at Lagunen Beach Bar

Thursday

10.00 – 12.00 Life beneath the surface (beach excursion for children)
17.00 – 18.30 Live music at the café (Week 27 – 32)

Friday

09.00 – 10.00 Pilates/Yoga on the beach (bring your own yoga mat)
10.00 – 16.00 Boat tour “Kosterhavet among rocks and islands”
19.00 – 22.00 Boat tour “The fairytale of Strömstad”(Week 27 – 31)

Saturday

19.00 – 22.00 Boat tour “Show on the water” (Week 27 – 31)
20.00–22.00 Live music at Lagunen Beach Bar (Week 27–31)
