Accommodation

Yes, the campsite at Lagunen is open every day, all year round. Lagunen Kök & Bar is open on weekends from Easter until October. Café Magasinet is open in the summer month.

You can generally choose which area of the campground you want to stay in, but not the exact pitch. In some areas and cottages, you will be able to select the exact unit. Please contact us and explain what you are looking for. We will do our best to help.

If you have booked one of the cottages in Bergsbyn, quilts and pillows will be provided. Bedlinen and towels can be hired from our reception if you prefer. All our cottages have fully equipped kitchens to make self-catering easy.

Bergsbyn Standard cottages, 1-10, allow guests to bring their four-legged friends.

Ja, campingen på Lagunen har öppet varje dag hela året. Lagunen Kök & Bar har öppet helger från påsk till och med oktober. Café Magasinet är öppet på sommaren.

För de flesta av våra campingtomter kan du välja vilket område du vill bo på, men inte en specifik tomt. För vissa av våra områden och stugor kan du välja specifikt var du vill bo. Kontakta oss med dina önskemål, så ska vi göra vårt bästa för att tillgodose dem.

När du bokat boende i en av våra stugor i Bergsbyn, finns det alltid kuddar och täcken på plats. I receptionen kan du hyra ett set med sängkläder och handdukar om du önskar. Alla våra stugor har fullt utrustade kök för att du enkelt ska kunna laga mat.

Till Bergsbyn Standard stuga 1-10 är du välkommen med dina fyrfotade vänner.

Booking, cancellation and check-in

If booking online, you pay direct using a debit or credit card. This also means that no booking fee is taken out. If you prefer to book by phone or email, we send an invoice to your email address. Depending on how long before arrival you book, you can either choose to pay the entire cost of the booking immediately, or pay in two instalments. You can also pay once you arrive on site, at Lagunen’s reception, if you book only a short time before your visit. Please contact our reception to arrange this. Please note that Lagunen does not accept cash.

The reception at Lagunen does not accept cash. This means that you can only pay by card. The easiest way to pay during your stay is our prepaid cards and armbands, which you load with money and can use everyone at Lagunen. The shop, Lagunen Kök & Bar and Café Magasinet accept cash payments (in SEK and NOK).

You can cancel your stay until 40 days before arrival. If you have added cancellation insurance to your booking, you can cancel until 10 days before arrival. No refund will be offered if you become unwell closer to your stay or have to leave early due to illness. More information is available in our Booking Terms & Conditions.

If you have booked a motorhome, caravan or tent pitch, you are welcome to check in between 1:00pm and 10:45pm. If you have booked a room, cottage or glamping unit, check-in is between 3:00pm and 10:45pm. You are required to notify our reception no later than 4:00pm if you are planning to check in after 6:00pm.

Please check in at our reception when you arrive at Lagunen. When the reception is closed, you can use the self check-in machine. Read more about how this works here.

No, we currently do not offer online check-in.

Du som bor på campingtomt i husbil, husvagn eller tält är välkommen att checka in kl 13.00-22.45. Bor du i rum, stuga eller glamping boenden så är du välkommen att checka in kl 15.00-22.45. Vid incheckning senare än 18.00 ska det meddelas senast kl 16.00 till receptionen.

När du anländer till Lagunen checkar du in i receptionen. Du kan även använda självincheckningen för in- och utcheckning utanför receptionens öppettider. Läs mer om hur det går till här.
